The formulas to compute satellite positions from almanac are in IS-GPS-200D (http://www.navcen.uscg.gov/gps/geninfo/IS-GPS-200D.pdf) in Table 20-IV. To use almanac instead of ephemeris, just use 0's in place of paramters that are part of the ephemeris, but not included in the almanac.
