Are there any V7R6 "Gotchas" that I would need to worry about?

The subject line says it all: assuming that we have only documented API 
calls and documented OPM MI instructions, and no hacks, is there 
anything in V7R6 that would break programs that work fine under V7R3, 
V7R4, and V7R5?
