IBM i 7.6 and increased AF entries in the audit journal due to Navigator

With the enhanced security of IBM i 7.6 you can expect to see increased
numbers of AF (Authority Failure) entries in the system audit journal.

One of those contributing factors are people using Navigator for i.  The
"Dashboard" returns information about the system asp, CPU utilization,
etc.  Stuff locked down in 7.6.  This WILL generate AF entries for the
common user.  The screen will continue to work, it just will have blanks on
the data they do not have authorization to.
Each user has their properties.  One of those is to refresh the screen
every 2 minutes.  This can be changed.  If you see AF entries repeating
every 2 minutes then you know someone left the dashboard screen up.
