Not sure if this is related… we were able to download PTFs last week using SNDPTFORD….

Today we get:  Service requester does not have IBM maintenance agreement.

We most definitely have a current maintenance agreement…
Currently going through some diagnostics for the IBM ticket I opened.

This morning I tried to download V7R5 PTFs from all the CVEs issued recently. Two attempts to order the PTFs. First one Saturday simply did not place the order. This morning we are getting an error which appears to show the PTFs cannot be selected. This is somewhat unusual since when IBM allows you to select a PTF in the Fixcentral it is available. So, anyone else experiencing this?
