Fix Central has been hit and miss for us these past several days. I presume they're getting swamped with the volume of requests.

Subject: Fix Central and Open Cases

This morning I tried to download V7R5 PTFs from all the CVEs issued recently. Two attempts to order the PTFs. First one Saturday simply did not place the order. This morning we are getting an error which appears to show the PTFs cannot be selected. This is somewhat unusual since when IBM allows you to select a PTF in the Fixcentral it is available. So, anyone else experiencing this?

Here's a text version of the error in Fix Central:

Cmn.ServiceProviderError
Failed to transfer COER file via SFTP
