Re: [EXTERNAL] Re: DFU support in 7.6

I used to have the S/38 tools library.  I recently removed it after
migrating to 7.6.  There was an obscure part of the upgrade which deleted a
command called MRGFORMD (notice the odd S/38 way of naming commands? I
think it would be MRGFRMDOC or something like that on IBM i.)  from one
library.  There was a hook which also deleted it's mate from S/38.  This
caused CHKPRDOPT to fail.  The only other option was to restore the LPP and
hope you got the PTF which stopped this deletion upon the next big upgrade
or ptf installation.
