Help creating remote configuration

 Hi, sorry if this is not the right place to ask.

I'm trying to create a configuration file for an Elunevision Luna motorized
projector screen remote.

The remote only has 3 buttons, but trying to record it with irrecord always
ends up giving me Something went wrong: Cannot decode data errors, and
using -f bring other errors.

I asked the constructor for the spec of the remote, and to my suprise they
actually provided this document: https://imgur.com/NFKyfWi. This looks like
all the information required to create a config file.

Can you please point me in the right direction to create a remote from that
file?
