Regarding issue with mode2 data generation

Respected one,
With above mentioned subject am facing an issue while recording remote
values. Actually when am running the mode2 command its generating some
random values (Pulses and Space) before pressing the remote key and
whenever am trying to record the remote button values am getting different
values each time.
Am using Raspberry Pi-3 model B, with Raspbian stretch, TSOP38 IR receiver.
Kindly request you to help me out with this issue ASAP as its an emergency.
