Re: LIRC - Failed to initialize hardware - Mac & IrDroid

I've tried running through the install steps for Lirc 10.1 and got as far
as make...and then ran into this error.

cp: the -R and -r options may not be specified together.

And then the make process is halted.

I tried looking through the various Makefile files to see if I could spot
the incorrect cp command and fix it, but I could not find it.

Have you or anyone run into this issue installing on Mac before? I can't
believe I keep running into these wonky problems lol :-/
