Change applied: "Make ethernet phy mode RMII the default"

Hello,

as discussed earlier, changing the MAC default mode to RMII in the
configurator allows the configurator to gray out the not-needed MII-specific
pins when RMII mode is choosen.

To not impact unrelated configurations, this change is split into two steps.
- Change all occurances of the specifiers to specifier_DEPRECATED in
 .c, .h, .nut and .conf files.
- (Re)Introduce the changed specifier and use these specifiers with
  STM32.

The first step touches a lot of files, but was done with "find --exec sed
..." and so should not change behaviour of present configurations.
