I have been using JLCPCB and they have a Kicad plugin which generates all the necessary files to their specification. Using DHL it takes about 5 days to get finished boards to Rome, NY USA. At $5.00 for 10 boards it is reasonable even with a $20.00 shipping charge. If you can wait the 2 weeks it is even cheaper. My board quality has always been excellent.
