[EE] USB Plastic Enclosure?

I'm working on a small circuit that has a four pin Molex on one end (
https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/molex/0009484048/863365 ) and a
two or three wire cable coming out the other end. I'm trying to come up
with a simple inexpensive plastic enclosure. I THINK I can use a USB
"dongle" type case. The PCB would probably extend out the rectangular hole
where the USB A plug would go, then the Molex connector would be soldered
to the extended PCB. At the other end, there should be a hole to run a two
or three wire cable out. So far, all the USB enclosures I've found have
the hole for the USB A plug, but not a hole at the other end for a cable.
I could probably file out a hole in the plastic, but I wonder if something
like that is available standard.

Ideas?

THANKS!

Harold
