I don't think it would take a lot to design a case in a 3d CAD application
and print it but if you've not used such an application or don't have a
printer then it's non trivial. You could have it printed by a service but
they don't tend to be cheap.

There are places which sell thumb drive cases, others to consider might be
small external hard drive or SSD cases and you could just discard the
internals but none I can think of would have the necessary holes at both
ends.
