More screening of door electronics may help.

Possible alternative - ensure PIC enclosure "adrequatrely shielded" and run
PIC aerial some distance away from door opener. in coax with aerial at end.

You could trial safe range by mounting PIC at various distances.
And then you could run wiring to PIC in new position.

Ib any case, ensure PIC interface is adequately RF bypassed.
And maybe add extra filtering to garage door supply.

Desperation: :-) - Opto / IR link door to PIC then RF from PIC to house.
