Most lead salts (using other acids) have very low to (almost) no solubility. Lead acetate (the product of lead and vinegar) has high solubility. It is MUCH worse for you than lead solder. Lead acetate allows lead ions (Pb++) to enter your system very quickly and easily if you injest or inhale it. It is very dangerous to aquatic life and you should not dispose of it down a drain. If you need to dispose of lead acetate you should first convert it to an insoluble lead salt such as lead sulfate. You would do this by mixing it with a concentrated solution of sodium sulfate.
