[EE] Triac phase control power controller designs

I was going to ask about people's experiences with the above topic but 
there does not seem to have been any traffic on this list since I 
resubscribed 3 days ago, following an absence of more than a year when it 
used to be what I would describe as a moderate traffic volume list.

Is this list still active?

AFAICT there no longer seems to be a working list archive...
