[EE]:: Injection moulding mold-cost estimation and online calculator - "Superb superb" :-)

Immensely simple, immensely useful injection moulding mold-cost calculator.
This is related to their offerings but will be generally useful.
The results seem contrary to my expectations based on past experience - and
even on other sites - BUT they seem sure of what they say. Caveat emptor ss
ever, but looks good.

The actual calculator is trivially (and frighteningly) easy to use.
They say that the actual costs are very close to what the calculator
returns.
