Rebuilding Slush

I was wondering if the Dallas fokes wouldn't mind offering up instructions
on the rebuilding of Slush using the resources available in the tini1.12
sdk.  I've seen alot of peoples attempts and problems, but I haven't seen a
clean methodology into which I can throw my own mistakes.  It would be
easier to start with a clean, buildable version, which I could then modify.
In this way, I could isolate any errors to that which I have changed.
