Re: HTTP proxy setting

TINI first checks the property names "http.proxyHost" and "http.proxyPort".
If those don't contain the proxy, then it checks "proxyHost" and
"proxyPort".  You can set these programmatically using functions in the
System class, or from the command line using '-D' arguments.
