Yes, this is the 72 pin Rev D 390. I think dstin2.pdf was a convenient file
with several chunks of information pulled together into a module
specification. The information contained in this specification, such as
timing specs, I think is still all available from other sources. Can you
tell us what your production plans are for these modules? The emphasis seems
now to be shifting more to the reference design itself, rather than the
module.

I can understand your desire to get design-ins with your chips rather than
sell modules. I think it might be a very good idea to allow engineers buy
all components for your reference designs from you in kit form with a single
click, this would significantly encourage fully custom design-ins (it
certainly would for me). At the moment it is easy to design in a TINI module
into a custom design, but much more expensive and time consuming to order
all the parts separately, which may have significant MOQs and long lead
times, and then all the hassle of debugging and commissioning the design.
The result is the module itself is designed in to start with, and then of
course there is a dis-incentive to risk moving to a fully custom design once
it's all working. Also making the schematics available in standard CAD
format such as Orcad would help too, as well as maybe a reference PCB layout
again in CAD format.
