Netboot might be a problem (the DS80C400 ROM Netboot code contains an
early revision of the PHY code that has problems with more than one PHY,
and IDs other than 0). Please contact me off-list with a more detailed
description of your design if you need a more precise answer.

(Note that the restrictions mentioned above don't apply to the C
libraries and the TINI runtime.)
