Building Slush, Revisited

From the email archive of Apr 30, 2003 (see "DS80C400 TINI Memory Map..."), I get that there is a 0xF,EFF byte segment of flash on the TINIm400 for storage of the Slush code (i.e., 0x470,100 to 0x47F,FFF). This is 65,279 decimal. When I build Slush, builder prints "Warning, address exceeds normal TINI flash memory boundaries!", and it prints the size as 56,428. Why does it print this since the 56K is less than the 65K? The binary loads and runs, but there is some unreliability, and I don't know if it's because the binary is too big or if I have a problem with my board. My board is designed the same as the TINIm400 with regard to memory organization.
