Without MS Windows?

Has anyone used the TINI from GNU/Linux operating system?

I don't have access to any MS Windows not even to configure the 
firmware. Can all of the configuration and SDK tools work on a Linux system?

I have an older TINI REV. G. I think it was one of the first available 
in 1999. I was used for a demo project and then ignored, until now. But 
now I only have access to Linux operating system.
