JavaKit Reset not working.

In trying to recover from a bad upgrade, I could not get JavaKit to reset my TINI and bring up the BootLoader prompt. Hitting Reset would result in "No response from TINI!" Cycling DTR on/off would not work either. I shifted to a different PC and JavaKit now worked. I believe I tracked the problem down to a flakey COM port not asserting the DTR line properly. I suggest the tell-tail sign that this problem exist is if your TINI boots up after a power cycle despite having JavaKit. running with DTR set. Many thanks to Bryan Armstrong and Mark Lynch.
