I think you just did it, by Cc:'ing to the TINI e-mail list.  You might also
want to do the same to the 1-Wire e-mail list at:

A suggestion:

(1) Provide the hardware details (e.g, "Using an Ardvark Mark IV PC, with a
DS9097U 1-Wire adapter").

(2) The OS (e.g., "Using Windoze 2000, with Service Pack 9,999").

(3) The environment variables and path settings for your particular OS.

(4) The 1-Wire SDK version and/or TINI SDK version that you are using.

(5) The TINI hardware platform that you are using (e.g., "Using a TINI 390,
Rev. D").

(6)The MINIMUM amount of code to reproduce the suspected "bug".

(7) Double-check everything (especially "typos"), re-read the available
documentation, and where possible (like you did), provide a work-around to
the problem. On rare occasions, I have found the javadoc files in error, and
they can be misleading... Also, read over the details on anything that
was/is deprecated.  The TINI SDK files in the \docs dircectory) ;
Limitations.txt, API_Changes.txt, API_Diffs.txt, and Known_Bugs.txt are
particularly valuable to review, PRIOR to posting a suspected "bug".

(8) Don't "cross-over" on the specific "audience" that needs your attention
(i.e., don't e-mail to the 1-Wire support group, when you are addressing a
1-Wire problem (and vice-versa).  Also, don't expect to get support for
competitive products (e.g, DalSemi/MAXIM had no interest in fixing
aJile/Rabbit/PIC/etc., problems).  You may find that going "off-list" to a
particular "hanger-out" (like me) on these lists, CAN help you with
competing products, however.

(9) Take advantage of:  http://lists.dalsemi.com/search/search.html , and
use keywords that might focus on your problem.  There is a wealth of
information here, that can usually resolve a problem in 10 to 15 minutes of
searches.  My favorite is "Minor Version Not 3".

(10) Be courteous (no flaming), and you will be surprised at the number of
TINI/1-Wire developers willing to spend their time helping you out.

Its amazing the number of people that; (A) DO NOT read the documentation,
and (B) DO NOT take advantage of a query with the DalSemi search engine...

The guy's-n-gals at DalSemi provide SUPERIOR support, and are very
responsive when you provide the above information, and it makes life easier
for both them and yourself to provide the details (required to reproduce the
problem), as I described above.  The same goes for Systonix (a blatant
plug!).

Well I was getting ready to write back an e-mail about how I was already
doing this and it was not working when on a whim I decided to inspect the
dependencies file owapi_dep.txt.  In there I notice that under Thermometers
it read

ainer28%;%OneWireContainer30%

so I changed it to

Thermometers
=%OneWireContainer22%;%OneWireContainer10%;%OneWireContainer21%;%OneWireCont
ainer26%;%OneWireContainer28%;%OneWireContainer30%

What do you know, now it works without a hitch.  Thanks for the pointers btw
it helped to strengthen my weak position on if I was doing it right.  So now
how do I report this as a bug?
