Getting tini programs to run

Hi,

I'm using XP and downloaded JDK1.4.2 which puts the JDK in A Sun directory
along with JRE.  It's not very clear why we have javaw in a jdk\bin dir and
also jdk\jre\bin location.

I've tried using the smartj commands which gives me an error saying a
superclass cannot be found.  I've followed all the documents on the tini
web site or www.smartsc.com and none of those suggestions work for
classpath or getting JavaKit to execute.
