where could I get "TINI 400 ROM Test program?

Hi,please help me,could you tell me how I can get the screen shots that you
mentioned before(the screen shots as follows).Does this test program run in java
or C platform? in other words, I develop the application based DS80C
400 in C,can I use this test program? thanks.
