Unable to load firmware on tiny board

Hi, 

I got my eval board and I try to use it.

When I try to execute JavaKit I get the following error:

C:\tini1.12\bin>java -classpath .\tini.jar JavaKit -400 -flash 40
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javakit

I have installed :    - java Communication API 2.0
                               - java SDK 1.5.0
 and do this:

copy comm.jar to c:\program files\java\j2sdk1.5.0\jre\lib\ext
copy javax.comm.properties to c:\program files\java\j2sdk1.5.0\jre\lib
copy win32com.dll c:\program files\java\j2sdk1.5.0\jre\bin 

Here's the dos variable:

classpath=c:\program files\java\j2sdk1.5.0\lib


Any help would be appreciated.
