Pin Control Problem

Hi,
I am working on TINI socket board E10 for a remote control application.
I used serial port 0 connecting to a wireless modem and serial port 1 to a
spectrometer to get data. Now they want TINI to control another switch. The
switch needs to turn on for about 0.5 second each time.
Can TINI send a pulse for 0.5 second through one of the pin on E10
board? I don't want to add another two extra serial port on E10.
