Initial Setup Procedure of a DS80C390 based system

Hello,

I have designed a web server pcb with the ds80c390 processor. As guideline I
used the tini reference design (Current Schematic (Rev D)). Which steps are
required to download the firmware to the flash memory. I tried it as it is
described for the eval board with JavaKit, but with my design I do not get
any response after DTR reset.
Which steps are required to download the operating system before Java Kit
can be used? Has anybod ever had the same problem. Maybe anyone can give me
an advise?
