TINI (TBM 390) interfacing with EEPRO(24C256)&MICROCONTROLLER(PIC 18F8720)

Following logic is to be implemented for the interfacing: tini(TBM 390) used as a slave and microcontroller (PIC 18F8720) is to be as a master . both tini & microcontroller are to be interfaced to serial EEPROM(24C256). microcontroller can read &write into EEPROM ( 24C256). Tini can only read from the serial eeprom(24c256).tini has to wait while microcontroller is writing.
