Sending TINI data via HTTP

Hello all,

I am hoping to use the TINI to send data to a seperate webserver via http.
I would like the TINI just to hit a URL like:

http://www.webpage.com/getdata.php?temperature=96.3&time=6:43

Is there a way to program the TINI hit a URL this way?
