Boot error: "No user code. Halting system."

Hi all,
I bought a brand new DSTINIS400 + DSTINIM400 evaluation kit. I've loaded
correctly the 1.12 version of tini_400.tbin and slush_400.tbin (all the CRC
check passed) but when I try to restart the system ("E" command of JavaKit)
I obtain the error:
No user code. Halting system.
Is the board crashed or I can solve the problem?
