Problem with FTP downloading

Hi My program writes data files in TINI 390. It updates these files every few minutes. The file names and file sizes do not change with these updates. I want to download these files from TINI to my PC using FTP server provided with slush. I am using Internet Explorer on PC and type the ftp address in IE address bar which shows me the directory in TINI. I then select the files and download them. When I do it for the first time, it works ok. But for next attempts I get the old data again instead of the new one although internet explorer shows new creation time. My IE settings ensure that cache is bypassed and i gets a fresh copy each time. Still I am getting the old data. Is there any cache in TINI from which FTP server is sending me the old data. What should I do to get new data everytime.
