Hello, Xavier.

I think it works in Linux too, but the issue is the hardware router.  
The spec says that the DHCP server, in the "next server IP field" 
should provide the address of the TFTP server, which may or may not be 
the same as the TFTP server (page 73 in DS80C400.pdf).  Perhaps the 
hardware router isn't properly vending this "next server" address.  I'm 
going to double check this.
