I think this might be a classpath problem.  You are pointing to the 1.02f
tini.jar, but it is running the TINIConvertor for TINI firmwares 1.1x (which
is why it works for 1.12).  Make sure you don't have tini.jar in a
[jdk]/jre/lib/ext folder somewhere.  Jar files in this location are searched
before anything in your classpath.
