Sure that is possible!  My preference for a rock-solid, fast TINI web-server
is:

There are plenty of examples servlets, that you can "hack" to display the
serial I/O data (be sure and buffer it FIRST, as you will NOT be able to do
this "real-time", even at 110 baud!).
