Hi Joel and everyone,

Thank you very much for all the responses. I think
there were 2 problems:

- I did not specify a Gateway on TINI
- I did not 'bounce' the router after making port
forwording changes

Finally, it fixed the problem and everything is
working great, thanks to you folks.
