Hi Greg,

Thanks for the feedback, the bdm site only contains the BDM driver and
gdbserver but not the gdb running on the host, if I want to build the
gdb myself, where is the best place to get pre-build code if any? And
which version shall I build that would work with the ucLinux 2.6.19 and
the gcc 4.1.1 tool chain? Any tips on how to build one?

A cross m68k-elf-gdb is not included in the pre-built tools.
You need to get that and build it separately.
