Answers to your questions.

1. I have the Axiom PB-0555 board
2. I have downloaded the WindRiver (Diab) and CodeWarrior Compilers

The board came with an example 'hello world' C program that states it 
was compiled with the Diab compiler....however when I try to complie 
the example I get a linker error referencing the crt0.o file. I have 
contacted Axiom and await a response.
