I can build this with Diab 4.4b without a problem. I can also build this 
with Diab 5.1.2 without a problem.

Maybe this ctors thing is something new with 5.2.1.0, since I do not see 
any reference to it in the dld file for either of the older version I 
tried it with.

You might look at the DLD file that comes with the DIAB demo for 5.2.1.0 
and see how it might differ from the one with the Axiom example which is 
probably for an older version of DIAB.
