clarifications regarding TPU

Hi,
Can someone help me out in these issues...
1)Is there any possibility to use DPTRAM as channel parameter RAM
by which I mean I want to store data generated by a TPU function in
DPTRAM.
2)Is there any possibility to build a hardware buffer by using above
procedure
3)Can TPU store data on on chip RAM without CPU intervention
