TPU emulation problem

Hi 

     I am using phytec MPC555 board along with
Metrowerks codewarrior..i wanted to develop
application using custom microcode..apllication
basically being UART..presetly I am trying with the
microcode given by factory...I have assembled the code
without anyerrors and i have readily available with me
.s19 file of microcode...

 so can some one suggest me the procedure to download
the custom code into DPTRAM using METROWERKS
CODEWARRIOR..I have trying using various mehtods
suggested by various friends of MPC500 group but some
how i am unable...can some one help me in this
regard........

I shall be happy if some one can give a sample code
which is already implemented

Lastly i have one more query...if i set emu bit in
tpumcr but donot download the code into dptram will
mpc555 use default maskset..?
