Question regarding PMM parameter setup for a 60-2 input train

All,

I am trying to configure PMM to work in COUNT Mode with input
generated from a 60 minus 2 crank wheel.

Ultimately I will want to use BANK Mode, but right now I'm bench
testing and don't have any way synchronize a separate input for the
bank signal.

I have tried using both 1 and 2 as MAX_MISSING, I have NUM_OF_TEETH
set to 57 (zero-relative for 58 teeth), I have RATIO set at 1.5
(approx.), and TCR2_MAX_VALUE also set to 57.

Everything initializes just fine but I can't seem to get things
synchronized. I suspect the problem is the parameter values, but I
am also unsure if it is possible to set things up to work with the
two consecutive missing teeth.

Can someone that has worked with PMM tell me if it will work with
this 60 minus 2 wheel? If so, what would the correct parameter
values be? Do I need to make some adjustments on the fly (in the
interrupt routine) to accommodate the "minus two" pattern?

Thanks very much.

(and thanks again to Eric McRae for helping me find the ERR/TEETH-
COUNT parameters)

-Paul
