MPC563 Internal Flash - how to clear censorship?

Hi,

By running the demo from Freescale's general market flash drivers
(NVM_GMD), I accidentally set the censorship of the internal flash
memory. I'm now stuck in a situation where I can no longer access
the
internal flash. Any ideas on how I can clear this again? I'm using
Trace32. 

I tried clearing it myself using the routine as outlined in the MPC653
user manual. The problem seems to be that IWS, which is bit 15 in the
reset configuration word, is 0 and therefore as part of the censor
clearing sequence, a write to the flash array needs to be made. This
doesn't seem possible because the internal flash array cannot be
access, due to its censorship.. 

As far as I understand, I need to be able to change IWS to 1, which
allows me to use a censor clearing sequence that doesn't require a
write to the internal flash array. Since IWS is part of the reset
configuration word (bit 15), I need a way to change this bit to a 1.
According to the manual I can only change the reset configuration word
by setting a specific signal on bus-lines 0..31 upon reset or by
changing the reset configuration word in the shadow row of the
internal flash array. 

Since I don't have access to the internal flash array, this last
option is not possible. The first option is also not possible for me
because the system I have is in an enclosed casing, restricting me
access to the bus-lines. Any possibilities that Trace32 allows me to
manipulate the reset configuration word upon chip reset?
