MPIOSM input problem

 Hello,

I have a problem with the MPIOSM of the phycore mpc565 board. 
According to manual, all I have to do is to clear the corresponding 
bits in the MPIOSMDDR to make them input.
in my program it is set to 0x0001 which means first bit is output for 
the led in the board and all others are inputs. 
The problem is some of the input pins do not work. For example MPIO12 
works ok but MPIO10 dos not.
I guess the problem may be because of some kind of multiplexing but 
there is no information about it in the MPC565 manual. 

Does anybody know a solution to this problem?
