about MPC555 PCB

Here I meet some problems about the MPC555 PCB design. My software
tools is Visonclik 7.0 and my question is that: The board can go into
the ¡°BDM¡° mode and I still can program the internal flash, but after
that, it would't works at all.
Now two weeks have passed, I still can not find the problem. So,
here I would appreciate much if someone can give me some hints about
this.
By the way, how can i attach my SCH file and its corresponding PCB?
I think maybe some one can find my faults in these.
