ILBC Reset in MPC562

Hello All,
We are working on a software which runs on MPC562.
In my application, I wanted to generate a known reset at certain
point in application. I tried to generate ILBC(Illigal Bit Change)
Reset. As per manual, it happens if locked bits in PLPRCR register are
changed. I wrote 0's to PLPRCR. It did generate reset. But on reset,
the ILBC bit of RSR( Reset Source Register) was not set.
If anybody knows the reason for it, please let me know.
