Hello, I've already posted a message about how to get started with the TPU and I didn't receive really satisfying responses. So I will try to explain my problem the best I can, and I'm a noobie in this stuff so even trivial things may help. I use a MPC555 Phytec board. It works great with the simple examples like Blinky, Hello, etc. But now I would like to use the TPU to output something. I know there is two ways to do it, use the ROM functions directly or use DPTURAM functions that we can create and use them in emulation mode . I know also that we have to set the MPC555 in emulation mode I don't understand perfectly all that is going around with all the files that we can create. What is the type of files that is suppose to be send in the DPTURAM, *.s19? What the other files like *.uc and *. asc do. I use them for simulation, but when it comes to use them for the MPC555, I'm lost. For example I have the SQW.uc file running with a SQW.asc file on the simulator, now my basic goal is to make it work on the my MPC555. What are the detailed steps to do it? If somebody would be willing to share with me a CodeWarrior example project (*.mpc) done for the phytec board, I would be very thankful. A big thanks to Jeff Lolieger who tries to help me, but I'm not enough used to Codewarrior to see where are the mistakes, so I need something already setup with phytec board on what I could start on.
