Thank you for all your previous help with regards to my TPU UART
questions. Unfortunately I find myself at another point where I am
again stuck due to my extreamly limited knowledge of this processor
and microcontrollers in general.

I am trying to read in a square wave period measurement using the
Double Action pins on the MPC555. The wave is going to vary between
15khz and 30khz. Anyway, I have tried many things to get a simpler
program to read in any value but it doesn't seem to be working. I
tried to set the MDASM mode to IMP(Input Period Measurement) and then
setup the MIOS clock correclty but I don't think I am diong it right.
I was hoping I could either get some help with what I need to do to
setup the Double Action pins correctly for reading this type of input
or even some quick code of how you would setup this and read the pin.

I am sorry for the really basic questions, hope it isn't a neusance.

Thanks again for your help,
Chris Koplan
